May 2025 Reflections & Ripples from Divine Healing Ministries

Welcome to the DHM Reflections & Ripples

Blog #5

O Theós eínai kalós

A little clue above as to where I am in the world .. because it isn't Belfast that's for sure!

Jacob and I are on a little solo trip, we did it last year and it was so good I decided to repeat it. I won't get these years back with him and I am a big fan of making memories.

Memories in the sun are my favourite type!

The Month Of May

This month Jackie and I took part in the 8 mile walk with the Belfast Marathon, we raised £440 for the ministry & we had all the craic along the way. I have been assured more team members will take part next year - training begins early 2026!

Thank you to everyone who sponsored us, we really do appreciate it.

Divine Healing Ministries at The Balmoral Show

We went country!

We went to the 156th Balmoral Show where over 110,000 people came from far & wide.

The team met so many beautiful people, reconnected with people from years ago & Fergus even got recognised as a 'YouTuber' for the part he plays in the Monday night livestream!

The privilege to sit with people, hear their stories & share with them just how much Jesus loves them was not taken lightly. My heart was fit to burst by the end of it and I know God will be moving for all the people we prayed with and for. Not that He needs us so He can move, but he ALLOWS us to be a part of it, I have goosebumps just thinking about it again.

Here are just a few of the pictures we managed to take & a short video from Fergus & myself.

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in?

And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?

And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?

Romans 10:14

Belfast had THE SEND which is a movement mobilising the youth of our city (and beyond) into the great commission. Young Eoin Mullender was one of the teenagers at The Send in Belfasts SSE Arena and this is what he had to say about it

"The Send was a great experience with 3000 to 4000 people gathering together to worship and learn more about God . They were focusing on sending out a new generation to preach the gospel around the world either just next door or overseas. Ireland has a great history, a great nation on fire for God and we'll do it again. Something I learned from the Send is that I would be very interested in mission and being a missionary and also that being a missionary is not just worldwide it can also be next door or in my school spreading God's word with people my age"

Eoin also spoke at his church's 10th birthday this month and mentioned that one highlight for him on the church calendar is Summer Madness and how he wants to take the light that is Jesus into dark places.

This kid has his eyes fixed firmly on God and I am grateful to be one of many adults praying into his future.

The Bridge

A chasm of doubt, a world of fear,

Where shadows fall and hope grows near,

A journey starts, a path unknown,

A heart that longs to be at home.

But fear not, for a bridge appears,

A promise whispers in the tears,

A way to cross, a light to guide,

Where faith and hope can side by side.

The bridge is built on grace and love,

A gift from God above,

A tender hand to lead the way,

And banish darkness, come what may.

It spans the gap, a shining gleam,

A vibrant, hopeful, waking dream,

A path to truth, a sacred art,

To mend a broken, weary heart.

So walk with faith, and hold on tight,

To this bright, unwavering light,

And cross the bridge, embrace the grace,

In God's embrace, find your rightful place

Anon.

Prayer points & Testimonies

Over a decade ago, I had a mental breakdown, and was sectioned. It didn't last long, but I was given anti-psycotics, because I was so off-the-wall.

On 17 October 2015, The Lord healed me, of inner rage - the root of my mental illness. Jesus heals, today!

Reflections

We prayed that at the Balmoral Show we would reach the people God intended us to reach, and He did abundantly more.

We prayed for Jay the barber and he got home! If you don't know this man's story I highly recommend you learn it.

Read about Jay here

Worthy is the lamb.

Ripples

Clodagh - little Clodagh is 11 months old & needs your prayers. For complete healing. Praise be to God that He is able.

Rachel - Gods healing touch on her life.

Karen - supernatural healing

The enemy came to steal, kill and destroy but Jesus said 'I came that they may have life and have it abundantly'

John 10:10

Let's push into prayer against cancer.

I can't get enough of Psalm 145 this month but this line has stood out many times to me.

Psalm 145:18

The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.

He is near. Praise the Lord.

Summer 2025 Reflections & Ripples from Divine Healing Ministries

Welcome to July/August DHM Reflections & Ripples 'blogpost' Summer break is over and its time to catch you guys up!   It’s been a time of ups and downs this last two months. I have had space to look back on the last 10 months of my life now I am part of DHM and take a minute to thank God for all He has done, is doing and continues to do. Working in ministry is the absolute dream for me, I said it in my first blog & I pray I keep saying it … this does not feel like ‘work’.     I mean does this look like 3 people ‘working’?   The above photo was taken at Tobar Mhuire where Fergus Peter & myself had a beautiful day together. We took time in the prayer garden,   we walked through the chapel & took in the sculptures of the Chapel Square. A lovely balance of seeking Gods face, praying together & a little work.     Rest in the heart of God, in a silence of faith and love – St Paul of the Cross     Reflections So. Muc...

June 2025 Reflections & Ripples Divine Healing Ministries blog

Welcome to the SIXTH DHM Reflections & Ripples 'blogpost'  I can't believe I have been doing this for 6 months now! Did any of you guess correctly where I was last month? Obviously it was Greece but specifically the beautiful greek island of Rhodes. And for the first time ever in Rhodes I experienced rain! Warm rain, but rain nonetheless. Jacob and I had the best time making memories & just hanging out together.  I tried to convince the family that I should go back in September just by myself for a rest but nobody agreed with me ... Reflections this month What a month! Phew ... I'll just be over here catching my breath (not least from the cèile) I will start by sharing this testimony, this happened in May at our service at St Patricks when we had Deacon Larry & Andy Oney visit with us.  On a night when a band parade threatened to not allow people though we had the most wonderful time and the Holy Spirit was there doing what the...
